Location: Beaconsfield RFC, Windsor End, Beaconsfield, HP9 2SQ
Parking: there is ample parking along Windsor End and in the gravel car park (past the entrance to the clubhouse on the right).
Clubhouse, BBQ and bar serving food and drinks will be open. Toilets are also located there.
Gazebos are best placed on the grids at the clubhouse end of the 2XV (middle) pitch.
First Aid: each squad should have a first aider and first aid kit.
Referee: each squad should bring someone who can referee. Games have an allocated referee from another club.
Structure of the Tournament: There will be 3 games per hour on each pitch consisting of 2 x 7 minute halves.
There will be a group stage, followed by 3 closing games consisting of those squads finishing 1st & 2nd, 4th & 5th 7th & 8th.
