Championship rugby returns next Saturday, 7th December when Chinnor host Doncaster Knights. One of the few fully professional clubs in the Championship, Doncaster come off a convincing win against Cambridge and a return to form.

The Donny back three have been scoring tries for fun and are currently topping the try scorers in the league.

Whilst the festive season has begun, Nick Easter and the squad will not be feeling particularly generous after a frustrating Penzance trip on Friday and just a 1 point return in front of a frenzied away support that was the best Pirates have seen in years.

It will certainly be worth the admission money and the team need the amazing support to continue. Next Saturday will set the tone for the four December fixtures. Let’s hear the noise!
