This season the 1st XV have set their own team standards in terms of duties etc for training nights and on match days.

One of the tasks is to sweep both home and away changing rooms when at home and our changing room when we are away.

We have already had compliments from clubs on how we have left their facilities.

The Colts have also adopted the same standards.

Some of the other teams have adopted this when asked but some quickly forget.

I would request that as a whole club we adopt this.

It's not fair for juniors to turn up on a Sunday to face tape, mud, water bottles etc.

To sweep up and put rubbish in a bin from two changing rooms (one when away) wins us a lot of friends and is something we can do to help the club look clean and tidy.

I would request that the juniors do the same on a Sunday.
