Women’s Day is all about celebrating the incredible women who play, support, and shape our club, as well as those making strides in rugby and sport more broadly. Today, we’re proud to be a thriving club with over 100 female players across Women’s and Girls’ teams, supported by countless women in key roles - from board members to team administrators.

This year, we’re thrilled to welcome Abbi Pulling as our special guest for pre-match hospitality at our annual Women’s Day celebration. She’ll be taking part in an exclusive Q&A hosted by Emma Canter. An inspiring Oxfordshire sportswoman, Abbi made waves in 2024 in the male-dominated world of motor racing. Competing in the F1 Academy alongside British Formula 4, she dominated the series with nine victories, podium finishes in all 14 races, and back-to-back championship titles, all at just 21 years old!
