We are delighted to announce the Big Business Lunch date is confirmed and our keynote speaker will be Michel Roux Jr. Michel is one of London's most respected chefs. Le Gavroche is testament to his incredibly high standards and excellence. Michel will share with us his personal story of the high pressure demands of being a restauranteur balanced with a healthy lifestyle. A passionate sports fan and in particular rugby we will give him a very warm welcome.

Harvey Thorneycroft, ex rugby professional and successful business entrepreneur will moderate the session with Michel and Q&A.

The day will start at 12:15pm.
